Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI) was recognized as one of the country’s Top Ten Developers during the BCI Asia Top Ten Awarding Ceremonies held last May 29, 2012. The BCI Asia Top 10 Developer Award commends the most commercially significant property developers building the greatest volume of buildings in the Philippines. It is the company’s second time to be given the award since the award category was launched last year. Eton Properties is the youngest company among the 10 developer awardees. BCI Asia is a prestigious award giving body that honors top developers and architects in seven regional markets in Asia including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
