Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI) recently marked the first concrete pouring for Eton Tower Makati, a 40-storey condominium that will rise at the corner of V.A. Rufino and Dela Rosa streets in Makati’s Central Business District. It is envisioned to be a ‘vertical city’ offering Executive Residences, Small Office – Home Office (SOHO) units, a Condotel and commercial areas located in its first two floors. Situated in a prime location, the Eton Tower Makati is directly connected to Makati CBD’s elevated walkways providing residents quick access to everything that matters.
