Stories about young professionals surrendering half of their incomes to rent their houses have inspired Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI) to establish the brand First Homes, which will offer affordable housing projects to meet the budgets of those who have chosen to live inside the cities to be close to their workplaces.

First Homes also created innovations in design and space planning to maximize space. Aurora Heights Residences and First Homes Makati, the first two projects of First Homes, offer compact homes with functional fully fitted two to three-bedroom units. Aurora Heights Residences is a transit-oriented, 20-storey, fully furnished and move-in-ready condominium that is five minutes from the LRT Santolan station.

The property is near the university belt comprising UP Diliman, Miriam College and Ateneo De Manila University; while major shopping complexes such as SM City Marikina, Robinsons Mall and Araneta Center are very accessible via the LRT/MRT.

The second First Homes project is First Homes Makati, a 34-storey residential condominium at the corner of Chino Roces Avenue and Malugay Streets. It is near Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue and minutes from Ayala Avenue. It features fully furnished and move-in-ready two and three-bedroom units. Amortization starts at a P10,000 a month for the two-bedroom unit and P15,000 for the three-bedroom unit.
