MANILA, Philippines - Eton Properties Philippines Inc., the real estate arm of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies, has launched the small office-home office (SOHO) component of 8 Adriatico, its first high-rise project in Manila.
Located at the corner of Adriatico and Padre Faura Sts. in Manila, 8 Adriatico has designated four towers for the SOHO component to help meet the growing demand for office space in the area.
A SOHO unit is ideal for budding entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals. It can be maximized as an office at daytime and as a home at night.
The SOHO units, with an average size of 25 square meters, are priced at P2.1 million, VAT-free, for the studio units; P3 million for the one-bedroom; and P7.6 million for the two-bedroom units.
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as businesses in health, wellness, beauty, aesthetics and IT are among the building’s ideal locators.
“There is an existing demand by office locators in Manila that needs to be addressed. The SOHO units of 8 Adriatico address the strong demand for office space by local buyers and businesses,” said Danilo Ignacio, president and COO of Eton.
Aside from 8 Adriatico, Eton is aggressively marketing recently launched projects West Wing Villas and Eton Tower Makati, the best selling project in the company’s young |
history. The project’s location, just a few meters from Ayala Avenue, and affordability make it a top choice for executives looking for a home or small office in the Makati central business district.
Sales take-up of Eton’s three residential projects in Eton City, a masterplanned township project in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, have also been strong with the near completion of the 35-hectare man-made lake in South Lake Village.
68 Roces, Eton’s premier high-end townhouse project in Quezon City, remains in strong demand, helped by the opening of its model units, while 8 Adriatico, a 40-story condominium, has enjoyed brisk sales due to its strategic location and affordability.
Eton recently opened Centris Walk, a high-end lifestyle, dining and retail center in Eton Centris, the company’s 12-hectare township project at the corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue. Centris Station, a two-level mall in Eton Centris anchored by SM Hypermarket, opened in December last year to cater to the transit-oriented Quezon City market. Very soon another commercial center will open – the Green Podium at One Archers Place- a dining and retail destination that will serve the requirements of the residents of the condominium as well as the students and neighboring communities of De La Salle University.
Since its inception in 2007, Eton has launched a total of 30 projects. Its foreign counterparts, Eton Properties Group of China and Eton Properties Ltd. of Hong Kong, are already highly-recognized real estate brands in their respective markets. |
