Construction is ongoing for Eton Properties Philippines' initial landmark project, The Eton Residences Greenbelt. Photo shows completion of fencing on site. In a ceremony held last November 2007, a scale model of the upgraded exterior was unveiled. The new façade is designed by HK-based architectural firm Palmer and Turner, proof of EPPI's commitment to quality.
