PROJECT MANAGERS
  • Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer;
  • With at least 10 years experience in project management and land development works;
  • Knowledgeable in operating AutoCAD programs;
  • Proficient in using MS Windows programs;
  • With above average academic records;
  • Has strong leadership skills, hardworking, resourceful and a team player.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • With at least 15 years experience in Project Management and Land Development works;
  • Must have good knowledge of value engineering;
  • Computer literate; with above average academic records;
  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands;
  • Has strong leadership skills, hardworking, resourceful and a team player.
SENIOR SITE ENGINEERS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • Must have at least 8 years experience in construction works with at least 5 years exclusive experience in High Rise Buildings;
  • Diligent, hardworking, pro-active with good supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • With above average academic records.
QUANTITY SURVEYORS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect;
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in construction works; with at least 3 years experience as Estimator or Quantity Surveyor;
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • With above average academic records.
JUNIOR ENGINEERS / ARCHITECTS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect;
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in Construction Works;
  • Physically fit, hardworking, aggressive and meticulous with details;
  • Computer literate;
  • With above average academic records.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS / OFFICE ENGINEERS
  • Graduate of any BS Engineering course or Architecture; new graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Good in oral and written English;
  • Diligent, hardworking, methodical and disciplined with the assigned tasks;
  • Should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • With above average academic records.
SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer;
  • Must have at least 7 years experience in construction works preferably in High Rise Buildings;
  • Diligent, hardworking, pro-active with good supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • With above average academic records.
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer;
  • Must have at least 7 years experience in construction works preferably in High Rise Buildings;
  • Diligent, hardworking, pro-active with good supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • With above average academic records.
COST ENGINEER
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect;
  • With at least 8 years experience in Construction Works;
  • With at least 4 years experience in High Rise Buildings;
  • Knowledgeable in estimating or quantity surveying works;
  • Diligent and Hardworking;
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs especially in Microsoft Office Excel;
  • With above average academic records.
RETAIL ENGINEER
  • Candidate must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer;
  • Must possess at least 5 years experience as a Commercial Center/Retail Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical);
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in Mechanical or Electrical design;
  • With above average interpersonal skills and communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
BROKER NETWORK MANAGERS
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent from a reputable school;
  • With at least 5 years work experience, preferably in broker management with a key player in the real estate industry;
  • With an impressive track record in selling real estate;
  • Should be available to meet with brokers even on weekends;
  • Must have the aptitude for organizational and managerial work;
  • Equipped with above average oral & written communication skills and excellent presentation skills;
  • Assertive, confident, dynamic and results-driven;
  • Ability to train people is a plus.
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
  • Licensed CPA;
  • With at least 3 years related work experience, preferably in the real estate industry;
  • With above average academic records;
  • Knowledgeable in computerized accounting system;
  • Highly analytical and hardworking.
MARKETING OFFICER
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, 2 years of which were in a supervisory level in a related field.
SALES DOCUMENTATION & CONTROL ASSISTANT
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration / Management, Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent;
  • With above average academic records;
  • Previous experience in business development/market research/financial analysis would be an asset;
  • Must be highly analytical and resourceful;
  • With excellent oral & written communication skills;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Graduates from provincial schools are encouraged to apply.
MARKETING ASSISTANT
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales & Marketing / Business / Communications / Advertising or equivalent;
  • With above average academic records; computer proficient;
  • Previous experience in a related field would be an asset;

  • Creative, hardworking and resourceful; with good interpersonal skills.
PROFESSIONAL PRESENTORS

  • With excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills;
  • Personable, assertive and confident in speaking in public;
  • Highly organized and customer service-oriented.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
  • College degree of any business course;
  • With at least 1 year experience in collection or customer service / operations in a bank or finance company;
  • With good interpersonal and written communication skills;
  • Experience in real estate company would be an advantage.
PURCHASING ASSISTANT
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Accounting or equivalent;
  • With above average academic records;
  • Preferably with previous experience in Purchasing/Procurement;
  • Equipped with excellent communication and negotiating skills;
  • Analytical, keen on details, hardworking and willing to extend working hours;
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision;
  • Must be computer proficient.
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in general accounting would be an advantage;
