CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • With at least 15 years experience in Project Management and Land Development works;
  • Must have good knowledge of value engineering;
  • Computer literate; with above average academic records;
  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands;
  • Has strong leadership skills, hardworking, resourceful and a team player.
INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER
  • Must have at least 5 years sales management work experience;
  • Candidates with a current U.S. visa preferred;
  • Extensive travel experience is an advantage;
  • Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Willing to travel overseas 50% or more of his time;
  • Personable with excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills;
  • Must be aggressive, driven, results-oriented and a teamplayer.
LEASING MANAGER
  • With at least  5  years experience in leasing office space to BPO clients and/or commercial leasing;
  • With excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Must have the ability to interact, relate and coordinate with tenants and contractors effectively;
  • Assertive, outgoing with pleasing personality;
  • Computer proficient.
BUILDING MANAGER
  • Must have at least 10 years experience as Building Manager, Building Engineer or Facilities Manager;
  • Must possess above average interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and project management skills.
BUILDING ENGINEERS
  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer;
  • With at least 5 years experience as a Building/ Hotel Maintenance Engineer;
  • Must possess above average interpersonal and technical skills;
  • Willing to have a flexible/shifting work schedule.
PROJECT MANAGERS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • With at least 10 years experience in housing projects and/or land development works;
  • Has strong leadership skills, hardworking, resourceful and a team player.
PROJECT ENGINEERS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • With at least 3 years experience in housing projects and/or land development;
  • Hardworking, organized and results oriented;
  • With above average analytical and planning skills;
  • Computer proficient.
SENIOR SITE ENGINEERS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • Must have at least 8 years experience in construction works with at least 5 years exclusive experience in High Rise Buildings;
  • Diligent, hardworking, pro-active with good supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • With above average academic records.
SITE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS
  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in General Construction, Horizontal and Land Development;
  • Diligent, hardworking, pro-active with excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • With above average academic records.
SITE ENGINEERS (CIVIL / MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL)
  • Licensed Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and/or Electrical Engineer;
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in General Construction Supervision of High-Rise and Medium-Rise Buildings;
  • Diligent, hardworking, pro-active with excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • With above average academic records.
ROADWORKS AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Geodetic Engineer;
  • With at least 3 years related experience in Land Development and Earthworks projects;
  • Hardworking, organized and results oriented;
  • With above average analytical and planning skills;
  • Computer proficient.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS / OFFICE ENGINEERS
  • Graduate of any BS Engineering course or Architecture; new graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Good in oral and written English;
  • Diligent, hardworking, methodical and disciplined with the assigned tasks;
  • Should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • With above average academic records.
BROKER NETWORK MANAGERS
  • With at least 10 years work experience, preferably in broker management with a key player in the real estate industry;
  • With an impressive track record in selling real estate;
  • With above average oral & written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
TRAINING OFFICER
  • A Bachelor’s Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology or Mass Communication obtained from a reputable university;
  • With at least 2 years training experience preferably from a real-estate, insurance, direct-selling or network marketing company;
  • With experience in conducting seminars/ training programs, training evaluation and post program reports;
  • Personable with excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills;
  • Willing to travel; computer proficient.
CORPORATE ACCOUNTS OFFICER
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Marketing/Mass Communications or related 4-year course; an MBA would be an advantage;
  • Comes across as confident, professional, highly personable and conversant on business matters;
  • With good interpersonal skills and excellent oral & written communication skills;
  • Previous sales experience with a real estate company would be an asset;
  • Computer proficient.
INTERNAL AUDITOR
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Accountancy or Civil Engineering;
  • Licensed CE or CPA preferred but not necessary;
  • Preferably with experience in top audit firms and/or in the real estate industry;
  • Must be highly analytical, hardworking, organized and attentive to details;
  • With above average oral & written communication skills;
  • Must be a teamplayer with a high sense of integrity;
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision;
  • Computer literate.
BUDGET & FINANCIAL ANALYST
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent;
  • Preferably CPA;
  • Previous experience in budgeting and financial analysis with a real estate company would be an advantage;
  • Knowledgeable in computerized accounting systems preferably SAP;
  • Must be computer proficient; with above average academic records;
  • With good communication skills & interpersonal skills;
  • Highly analytical, keen on details, works well under pressure and willing to extend working hours.
PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent;
  • Preferably CPA;
  • With working knowledge of computerized Accounting Systems preferably SAP;
  • Must be computer proficient; with above average academic records;
  • With good communication skills & interpersonal skills;
  • Highly analytical, keen on details, works well under pressure and willing to extend working hours.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent;

  • With at least 2 years experience in Accounting & Financial Reporting and taxation of Condo Corp and/or HOA;

JOINT VENTURE ACCOUNTANT

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent; with above average academic records;

LEGAL ASSISTANT

  • Candidates must possess good negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills;
